These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pages to People (the "Platform"), an online marketplace operated by Pages to People that connects writers and visual artists ("Creators") with people who buy and commission their work ("Buyers"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Pages to People provides a marketplace and set of tools where Creators can publish, list, and sell digital creative works and offer commissioned creative services, and where Buyers can purchase or commission that work. Pages to People is a facilitator of these transactions; the underlying works and services are provided by independent Creators.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian where we offer supervised experiences.
When you buy a digital work you receive a license to use it under the terms the Creator specifies; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless expressly stated. Commissioned work is governed by the brief and terms agreed between the Buyer and Creator, with funds held in escrow and released on delivery.
All payments are made online by card or supported method at checkout and are processed by our third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for your purchases and any applicable fees.
You agree not to upload, sell, or commission unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, not to circumvent the Platform's payment or fee systems, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Creators retain ownership of the works they create. By listing on the Platform, Creators grant Pages to People a limited license to host, display, and promote their listings for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pages to People disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions between Creators and Buyers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
