Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want both Buyers and Creators to be treated fairly. This policy explains when refunds are available across the different things you can pay for on Pages to People. To request a refund, email support@pagestopeople.com with your order details.

Digital works (instant downloads)

Because digital works are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. We will, however, issue a refund if a work is not delivered, is materially not as described, or is faulty. Report the issue within 14 days of purchase.

Commissions (custom work)

Commissioned work is paid into escrow and released to the Creator when the agreed work is delivered. If a Creator fails to deliver, or the parties agree to cancel before work is completed, funds in escrow are refunded to the Buyer. Once work has been accepted and released, it is generally non-refundable. Disputes are reviewed by our support team.

Subscriptions

Paid memberships renew automatically. You can cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period unless required by law.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards are non-refundable once purchased but never expire and can be redeemed toward eligible purchases on the Platform.

How to request a refund

Email support@pagestopeople.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
