Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pages to People ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our marketplace and website (the "Platform").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and profile details.
  • Transaction information when you buy, sell, or commission work — including what was purchased and payout details for Creators.
  • Payment information is collected and processed by our payment providers (including Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage information, such as device, log, and interaction data, collected automatically to operate and improve the Platform.

2. How we use information

  • To operate the marketplace — creating accounts, processing purchases and payouts, and delivering works and services.
  • To provide support, send transactional messages (such as receipts and account notices), and, where you opt in, product updates.
  • To keep the Platform safe — preventing fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the Platform — including payment processors (Stripe), hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — only as needed to provide the service. We may share information with Creators or Buyers as necessary to complete a transaction, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Your choices & rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information, and opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

6. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

7. Children

Portions of the Platform intended for younger users are offered only with verifiable parental consent and appropriate protections. Except through those supervised experiences, the Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without the required consent.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
